1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between Equasive ("we", "us"), the operator of Comvor and a registered sole proprietorship in the Republic of Maldives (registration SP10512026), and the business that registers a Comvor account ("you"). By creating an account you accept these terms. Under the Electronic Transactions Act (law no. 2/2022), acceptance given electronically is valid and binding.

2. The service

Comvor answers your customers' messages on your connected channels with AI, in your configured voice. It quotes prices and stock from the systems and information you connect, captures orders, and hands conversations to your team according to your settings. Signup is auto-approved: you pick a plan and pay online, and your workspace activates without a manual review queue. We may still suspend or decline access for cause, as set out in section 8.

3. Accounts

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for enabling appropriate security on your team's accounts, and for everything done under your workspace by you or your staff. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Only connect channels you own or are authorised to operate.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the catalog, prices, policies, and business information you give Comvor to answer with.
• Do not use Comvor to send spam or unsolicited marketing.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer any part of it.
• Your use of connected platforms (such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger) must comply with those platforms' own terms and policies.

5. AI conduct and your responsibility

Comvor's AI replies automatically on your behalf. It is designed to quote only prices and stock it has looked up and to hand off what it cannot handle, but like any AI it can make mistakes. You remain responsible for your business's communications and for reviewing captured orders. Comvor is a tool acting on your instructions; replies it sends are sent on your behalf.

6. Plans, payment, and renewal

• Paid plans are prepaid for each period in Maldivian rufiyaa (MVR).
• Payment today is by bank transfer with a receipt uploaded in the app. We confirm receipts before activating or extending a period.
• We send a reminder before your period ends. If payment has not been confirmed within 7 days after the period ends, your AI pauses until payment is confirmed.
• Plan changes take effect from your next period.
• When you reach your plan's monthly conversation allowance, your AI pauses and we notify you. There are no overage charges.
• Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

7. Refunds

Where a service failure on our side materially prevented you from using Comvor, we may refund the affected period in part or in full, assessed pro rata. We do not otherwise refund partially used periods. Nothing in this section limits any right you hold under the Consumer Protection Act (law no. 12/2020).

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment beyond the grace window in section 6, or where a connected platform's policies require it. We give notice where practical. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Your data on exit

For 30 days after your account closes you may request an export of your data. After that window we delete or anonymise it as described in the privacy policy, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

10. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and marks, belongs to Equasive or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent. Your data stays yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service on it.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors despite our safeguards.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equasive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for all claims in any period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and the courts of the Maldives have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

14. Changes and contact
