1. Comvor is delivered digitally

Comvor is a software service, not a physical product. There is nothing to ship and no physical delivery of any kind. Your Comvor workspace is provisioned automatically once your payment is confirmed.

2. When access is provisioned

For card payments through our payment gateway, your workspace is typically provisioned immediately after the payment is confirmed. For bank-transfer payments, provisioning follows confirmation of your uploaded receipt, normally within one business day.

3. Where the service is accessed

Once provisioned, your workspace and its AI-answered conversations are accessible at app.comvor.com. No download, install, or physical delivery step is required.

4. If provisioning is delayed

If your workspace has not been provisioned within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed, contact support@comvor.mv with your account details and payment reference.
